We are a highly interdisciplinary research group that develops and applies methods for Optimising and Transducing Molecular Recognition (protein:protein, host:guest) and engineers a range of Target-Recruiting and Environmentally-Responsive Nanoparticles. We have recently explored methods to control and leverage binding or paramagnetic site exposure to water as a means of promoting binding affinities and generating image contrast switches. We are actively engaged in a range of translational sensor and diagnostic methodologies.
